First and foremost, all images, videos, and information on this website are intended as works of art, and it is the website owner's sole intent to display the content of this website as a platform to only show his own copyrighted artworks as well as promote his services. Similarly for any services offered via this website, all personal data (also known as personal information) belonging to clients is fully respected and in compliance with EU law and GDPR standards. 
EU law specifies that you must be informed when your personal data and information is processed (collected, used, stored) by any organization. EU law also states that you have the right to know the details and purposes of that processing.
Services offered on this website may require the processing of your personal data and information. Links are also provided in the information below to the specific information about the processing of your data related to third party privacy polices where data may be processed or stored outside of this website by a third party such as the hosting platform of this website.
1. Your Personal Data & This Website - An Overview

2. What data do we collect on this website?
We only directly collect and process the personal data optionally submitted by website visitors via a contact form on our Contact Page. If you choose to use this contact option, this will involve inputting and sending names, contact details, and any content of the message you write (insofar as the latter qualifies as personal data). There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide any personal data. If you choose not to provide personal data, it simply means that you cannot or do not send your request, and we cannot then process it. If you click the submit button on the contact form, you are confirming that you have read the information contained within this Data Privacy Notice and consent to the use of your data on this website as outlined in this Data Privacy Notice. 
If you choose to submit a form on our contact page, it generates an email with only the details you inputted (name, contact details, and message), and sends this 'case file' in email format with these details to our email account.
As is standard practice on most websites, cookies and similar technologies are used on this website and collect some anonymous depersonalized data from you. This is outlined in more detail below in section 8 of this privacy notice.
This website uses font files from Adobe Fonts. In order for this website to display correctly in your browser, servers where the font files are stored may receive personal information about you including your IP address, and information about your browser, device, or network.
3. How do we collect your data?
As per the previous section, the only personal data the owner of the website collects directly arises from you as the user choosing to submit a contact form. This generates an email which can only accessed by one person, the owner of this website. This 'case file' sent by you via the contact form is sent to a secure 'Microsoft Outlook' email account used by the owner. The privacy of the our email account is determined by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. The email data sent via this website's contact form to the owner's account is held securely and will never be shared with anyone else. It will be treated at all times in such a way that your data privacy rights are fully respected at all times. If you choose to provide personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any times by means of written notification. Any personal data held by the website owner will be deleted if requested by the person who submitted it.
4. How will we use your data?
The data gathered from any contact form you may have optionally submitted on our Contact Page will be used in a secure and private manner to help answer to any questions, queries or requests you may have expressed in the contact form. We will respond by email to your query or request that you have written in the contact form. This is the only way your data will be used. We will never share your personal data you include on the contact form with any third parties. The data collected will be solely accessed and responded to by the owner of this website.

As outlined previously, Adobe Fonts are used to make this website display correctly in your browser, and involves connecting to an Adobe server which this website has no influence over, nor access to. This may involve Adobe's servers receiving your IP address and information about your browser, device, or network. 5. How will we store your data?
Any data you may have consented to submit on the contact form will be sent to and stored in the website owner's secure email account which is hosted on Microsoft's servers using a Microsoft Outlook email account. Your email will be deleted within 30 days or sooner if it is has been treated and dealt with in a quicker time frame. None of your personal data will be retained. 
The only exception to this would be in the case of any services or agreements that may involve a monetary transaction between a client and the website owner where records such as invoices, accounting ledgers and contractual agreements would need to be securely stored by the service provider in compliance with your data protection. Such data would be stored in an encrypted secure electronic location. This in accordance with Swiss law concerning article 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations. It states that accounting ledgers and records must be kept for 10 years. However, such information shared between the client and the service provider would be handled by other communication methods not directly related to this website (i.e. using email, paper formats in a secure manner etc.). Following the initial contact via the contact form, all followup, transactions and communication between the client and service provider will be completed external to this website in a secure manner and not involve the direct use of this website. Any personal data generated or communicated from such a transaction outside of this website would still be securely handled and protected in accordance with data protection and privacy laws.
6. Marketing
We do not use your personal data for any marketing purposes. We do not send out marketing emails, we do not use email distribution lists. We also do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
